Ok I don’t usually do the political opinion posts because I’m a lover not a fighter and I am so independent and not into the political labels, but I came across something the other day I really wanted to write about.
The other day, I was scrolling through Instagram — you know, the usual — looking at cute outfit ideas, makeup looks, and okay, I’ll admit it, some girls just because they’re hot and it’s fun to get a little naughty sometimes (no shame, gals are pretty, what can I say).
Anyway, I came across this Insta model. She was sitting on a bed, posing in that classic “come-hither” way, wearing one of those bright red MAGA hats. Right behind her? A huge Trump flag covering the wall.
First thought?
Bold move, girl. I mean, pandering much? Obviously, she knows her audience — or at least who she wants her audience to be. Sex sells, sure, but political sex? That’s a whole different strategy.
I’m not judging (okay, maybe a little). She looked amazing. Like, not even gonna lie, she had a killer body — especially the rack. Definitely a “pause and stare” kind of post. But still, it made me think: Is this real?
Does she actually believe in all that MAGA stuff? Or is she just playing the part to rake in more OnlyFans subscribers who happen to be red-hat-loving guys? Honestly, I couldn’t tell. And maybe she doesn’t even know herself anymore.
The comments were wild.
Some people were immediately out: “Bye, unfollowed,” “Can’t even enjoy you anymore,” blah blah blah.
But one comment really stuck with me:
“You’re gorgeous and you love Trump. You’re perfect!”
It made me pause, because like — love Trump?
Love… a politician?
Really?
I don’t know about you, but that feels super weird to me. Not just weird — unsettling. Like, how lost do you have to be to “love” someone who’s entire career is built on manipulation, marketing, and power games? And it’s not just Trump. People do this with every big political figure — left, right, whatever.
It’s culty.
It’s not about ideas anymore. It’s about personal worship.
And that’s scary. Because once you put a human being on that high of a pedestal, you stop questioning them. You stop thinking for yourself. You just… follow.
And maybe that’s what hit me hardest looking at that post. Not the boobs (though, again, very nice). Not the flag. Not even the MAGA hat.
But the reminder that there are so many people who want — need — someone to worship. Someone to tell them who they are and what to believe.
I don’t think a sexy Insta model is the problem.
I think the problem is when we start needing politicians — or celebrities or influencers — to fill emotional holes inside us that only real connection, real thinking, and real life can.
Anyway, just some messy thoughts from a girl who likes looking at girls and sometimes falls down weird internet rabbit holes. 🤷♀️
What do you think? Is it harmless, or are we kinda sliding into something weirder than we want to admit?
